Eyeliner Permanent Makeup

Why waste time applying makeup when there is a permanent makeup option so you can focus on more important things in life?

If you are tight on time, visually challenged to draw a precise line, or have an active lifestyle, eyeliner pmu will make your life easier. It will enhance your eyes by creating a lush-looking lashline and making your eyes pop and appear more prominent. Eyeliner is done with a soft shading technique for a natural appearance. Your new effortless, waterproof, perfectly defined eyeliner will save you time in front of a mirror, restore your confidence and give you the peace of mind knowing your eyeliner is there to stay throughout the day.

Whether you choose a subtle line between your lashes, also known as Lash Enhancement, or a fuller, more dramatic line, you will be amazed by the transformation.

Your session begins with evaluating your skin, facial features, and goals to determine the best outcome. Then, with a pencil, I will create a perfect eyeliner design just for you, and after your approval, I’ll deposit the pigment into your skin. The anesthetics are used before and during the procedure to ensure comfort. The session takes 1 to 2 hours, depending on the desired look. Right after the treatment, the color will appear darker but fade 20-50% during healing. Color boosts are recommended every 1 to 3 years.

Before Care for eyeliner PMU

  • Do not work out the day of the procedure.

  • Do not sunbathe or tan for a month prior.

  • Do not take anything with Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E, Fish Oil or Ibuprofen for at least 3 days before your appointment.

  • Do not drink alcoholic and caffeinated beverages for 3 days before the procedure.

  • No tinting for 3 days before the procedure.

  • Please note that you will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle.

  • Use of Retinoids near the treated area should be discontinued for at least 1 month..

  • Eyelash growth serums such as Latisse should not be used for 2 months prior to getting an eyeliner procedure.

  • Eyelash extensions and contact lenses should be removed before the procedure. Please remember to wear glasses on the day of your procedure. You will be able to resume wearing contact lenses after the healing time of about 2 weeks.

After Care for eyeliner PMU

  • Following the procedure, the area may be slightly puffy for 1-2 days. The wider the eyeliner, the more swelling to be expected. Avoid foods high in sodium and try to sleep somewhat propped up on your back for the first couple of nights to reduce puffiness.

  • Using clean Q-tip, apply a VERY thin layer of the ointment in your aftercare kit 2-3 times a day for at least a week or until all scabs are off.

  • NO water, cleansers, creams, makeup, or any other products on the treated area for one week.

  • DO NOT rub, pick or scratch the treated area. Let any scabbing or dry skin naturally exfoliate off. Picking can cause scarring and loss of pigment.

  • Avoid direct sun exposure or tanning for 3-4 weeks after the procedure.

  • Avoid hot, long showers, heavy sweating, pools, jacuzzis, saunas, contact with animals, gardening, and dusty environments for one week.

  • NO facial treatments or tinting for a month.

  • Avoid sleeping on your face for one week.

  • After the area has healed, you must use NEW mascara to avoid contamination.

  • If you experience excessive redness, swelling or tenderness for more than 1-2 days, please seek medical care.

Failure to follow these instructions may result in pigment color loss!

Long term care:

  • Use sunglasses with UV protection to prevent pigment from fading prematurely.

  • Eyelash tinting and the use of skin care products with retinoids and acids around the treated area will cause pigment to fade prematurely.

  • When getting a facial/chemical peel or laser treatment, inform the technician of your permanent cosmetics.
